Benoit Garbe is a consumer-first strategist and transformational leader with over 20 years of experience delivering growth across categories, geographies, and business models. He builds and mobilizes teams, and combines strategic clarity with operational discipline  to help organizations evolve, compete, and scale.

 

 
As Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at AB InBev, Benoit Garbe led the company’s 10-year and 3-year strategic plans, portfolio transformation, and brand marketing across North America. He managed a $1B+ marketing investment and a team of 300+ across ten brands, spanning innovation, media, digital, experiential, sponsorship, and in-house creative.
 
He helped refocus the company’s strategy on ‘mega brands’ and high-margin growth segments—driving double-digit growth in premium and Beyond Beer brands including Kona Big Wave (+45%), Estrella (+20%), NUTRL (+150%), and Cutwater (+100%). He rebuilt the innovation engine, delivering the #1 share of innovation in 2023, with +4pt margin improvement and a 50% SKU reduction. He also oversaw execution across key commercial channels—building brand equity, driving consumer demand, and improving conversion both online and at retail.
 
Benoit Garbe restructured the marketing organization, reset the planning process, and introduced new investment allocation tools—generating over $100M in savings. He also contributed to the negotiation and development of $300M+ in high-profile partnerships with NBA, NFL, and F1, setting them up as enduring 360° retail activation platforms for the brands.
 
Previously, Benoit Garbe was a Senior Partner at Prophet and at Kantar Consulting, where he led engagements across growth strategy, brand transformation, innovation, and organizational change. He opened and scaled Prophet’s business in China, co-led the Asia region, and managed a $20M+ P&L. At Kantar, he built the consulting business across AMEA—opening offices in seven markets and leading work for both multinationals and local leaders.
 
Benoit Garbe has worked across public and PE-backed businesses, guiding transformation at the intersection of brand, business, and consumer insight. His experience spans financial services (AXA, American Express), hospitality (Marriott International, Accor Group), consumer electronics and technology (Midea, Huawei, Intel), CPG (P&G, Hershey’s, Red Bull), retail (VF Corporation, GrandVision, Saks Fifth Avenue), and healthcare (Mayo Clinic, Aurora Healthcare).
 
He also brings deep expertise in luxury and premium sectors, having held marketing leadership roles at LVMH and worked with brands such as Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Diesel, Shiseido, and The Ritz-Carlton—advising them on category growth, market expansion, retail experience, and brand management and measurement.
 
Benoit Garbe is the Founder and President of Quint Advisory, a consultancy dedicated to helping CEOs and executives with their growth mandate and value creation agenda.
 
He also serves as a board advisor to TrackSuit, a modern brand health tracking company, and advises several AI-based marketing ventures focused on analytics, measurement, brand strategy and creative.
